  • What is your shipping policy?

    DISCLAIMER: Georgia Boutique is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Standard shipping is within 2-4 business days. All packages are sent via USPS, please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update before reaching out to us. Please contact upur local Post Office to inquire about your lost package and file a claim. Orders will have a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping. We do not ship outside of the US.

  • We want you to have the best shopping experience at Georgia Boutique! Prior to shipping, we inspect all items. However, we are also human and may miss something. We understand things happen and with that being said we ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it. If you receive a damaged item, please notify withing 72 hours of receiving it.

    REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds. All orders are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY 14 days from the day you ordered was delivered to return to us.

    FINAL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for returns which includes:

    ALL SALE items, undergarments, and accessories.

    *Store credit will be refunded in a form of a gift card via email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your store credit.

    To be eligible for return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags. You will also need receipt of purchase. After 14 days we will not accept return on any purchases. Any items not within compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. All bathing suits must have the lining still attached.

    SIZE EXCHANGES: Please notify us as quickly as you can. Please note your size will not be held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you are needing is unavailable, you will receive a store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible shipping costs of the return.

    FINAL SALE ITEMS: not eligible for returns, store credit, or size exchange. Please do not send us any sale items back. Final sale items include: ALL SALE items, undergarments, Jewelry, hats, hair accessories and all accessories.

  • How often do you introduce new items to your collection? We do Bi-Weekly Drops

  • What is the typical turnaround time for online orders? Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. We typically try to get orders shipped in 1-2 business days.

  • Is international shipping available? Unfortunately, no at this time. We only provide shipping within the United States.
